Inspired by the popular blog "Tokyo Strayers" about teenagers' fun life on the streets of Kabukicho, a high schooler called Asuka runs away from home and arrives to Kabukicho to meet the author of the blog, a girl called Hiyori. However, the life of runaways is not as fun as Hiyori makes it seem in her blog, and includes drug use and prostitution.
